This was the second final table for Dave Smith at the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour this past weekend. He took home the grand prize of 95,100 pounds and a top position on the GUKPT Leaderboard. But the win wasn't easy, as he played against Neil Carr at the final heads-up match, which lasted more than an hour.

The last hand of the final match was very interesting. Smith called Carr's all-in re-raise on a 5-4-T, all diamonds on the flop. Carr's cards were 6-2 diamonds and he made the flush and Smith had nine of diamonds. The luck was on Smith's side, as the turn brought an ace of diamonds and he claimed victory.

Except the 95,100 pounds first prize, he also won a 10,000 pounds seat for the Grand Final. Carr won 50,300 pounds, which is very good for his first live poker tournament.
